"Minnesotans have suffered over $500 million in propetty tax increases
under Gov- Arne CarIson, Yet, Gov, Carlson has done nothing to get at the
core problems driving these costs in public safety, education and health
care.  The Marty-Larson ounce of prevention investments, funded by a slight
income tax increase on the wealthiest 4% of Minnesotans, is a concrete way
to stop the next $500 million in property tax increases."
