Information About This Guide

The League of Women Voters of Minnesota Education Fund provides this nonpartisan Voter Guide as a public service for the citizens of Minnesota. Each Candidate for the six state constitutional officers, U.S. Senator and U.S. Representative was sent a questionaire. The League requested a picture, biographical information and answers to prepared questions. A word limit was placed on responses. Answers exceeding the word limits were cut at the nearest sentence. Responses are printed as received except for the correction of any spelling errors and arrangement to allow continuity of format. If you would like more information than this guide provides, call the candidate's campaign headquarters. Nothing in this publication is to be considered or used as an endorsement of any candidate or party.

This General Election Voter Guide '94 made possible in part through a grant to the LWVMNEF from the Minnesota Business Partnership.

This electronic version of this Guide is provided as a public service by Twin Cities Free-Net, Inc., a non-profit community computing organization. The League has generously given the Twin Cities Free-Net permission to redistribute this guide in electronic form.

The original version of the Guide contains several tables which are not present in this electronic version. Please contact the League for a paper copy of the General Election Voter Guide '94 for complete position summaries.

This guide may be freely distributed in electronic form provided it (and all of its constituent files) remain intact and unedited in any manner, including all credits and copyright notices.

This electronic version of the VOTER GUIDE does not include photos or candidates' "yes" or "no" responses to questions in a grid for mat. The complete hard copy version of this VOTER GUIDE is available from the LEAGUE OF WOMEN VOTERS OF MINNESOTA EDUCATION FUND for $1.00 each. Call 612-224-5445 to request a copy.
